You like our software and want to promote it? Read the following to find out how to earn more. There are several degrees of partnership with Acritum Software.

Affiliates.

Anyone who wants to sell our products and make some money out of this work becomes an affiliate. The standard comission for affiliates is 15% of the sum that you earn selling our software. For example, if you sell 5 single OCB licences within a month, you make sales for 5*$49.95=$249,75, and take 15% of this sum, which is $37,46. Various online software catalogs usually accept this kind of partnership. All you need to do is to have your own website and place a link to our online shop in one of the pages of your site. You don't need to accept payments or send registration codes - it's our work. We do not pay anything directly to the affiliates - all the accounting is managed by the ShareIt.com affiliate system.

Partners.

Partners are more serious affiliates. The difference between affiliates and partners is that affiliates only have a link to our online shop in their website and usually also promote various products of other companies, while partners are concerned with active promotion of OUR products and sell our products on their own using any legal methods available for them. The comission for this work is 30%. Foreign users usually accept this kind of partnership to promote our products in their countries. The work you will have to do is as follows:

• Registration of your own domain name in your country, for example, www.ocb-russia.com or www.ocb.ru if you are going to promote OCB in Russia.
• Translation of all major information concerning OCB into your language and publication of this information on your website (direct copy of our website without translation is considered inadmissible).
• Registration as an affiliate with 15% comission.
• Promotion of your website in your country with any legal methods. The use of SPAM or forum flooding is strictly prohibited and leads to the cancelation of your partnership.
• As soon as you manage to sell at least 10 single licenses in 2 successive month* (i.e. when your sale ability reaches about 5 licenses per month), you contact us to become a partner with 30% comission.

* - This is not a strict requirement. If you don't manage to make enough sales within first 2 months, you may contact us and give us other kind of prove that you are really serious about this partnership and do want to become a full-fledged partner (for example, you may have a google adwords campaign running to promote our products - this is quite enough to show that your intentions are serious).

What you may do as a partner:

• Act as a legal Acritum Software sales representative and sell the products directly to your clients. You may use any legal methods of selling, you may take cash from your clients, accept money per mail or receive wire transfers to your bank account, process credit cards, etc.
• Take 30% of all the income you gain selling our software, for example, if you sell 10 OCB licenses per month, you earn $499,50, and $149,95 out of this sum is YOURS.
• We will provide you with registration codes for your users without any prior payment to Acritum Software, and you will send 70% of the money that you earned to us only as soon as your revenue strikes a specified limit. The rest 30% is yours to keep!
• You do not depend on our online shop in any way but still you may continue to use it with 15% comission if you want. We will increase the comission to 30% if you constantly sell no fewer than 5 licenses per month using our online shop during 6 month of your work. We also reserve the right to set your comission back to 15% if your sales drop lower than 30 single licenses for the preceiding year of work. This doesn't affect the revenues that you earn selling the products without our online shop - you always get 30%.

Translators.

This offer is for non-English users of our products. You may translate any of our programs to your native language (unless the translation was already made by somebody else) and promote it in your country. First, you will get a free license for the program that you translated. Second, transaltors automatically become partners with 30% comission as soon as they register their website and put an order form to it. There is no need to sell 10 licenses in 2 month to prove that you are serious about this partnership. Unlike ordinary partners who may use our online shop with 15% comission, translators may use it with 20% default comission!

Acritum Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.

Acritum Software is set strictly against any kind of impudent advertisements such as unsolicited email (spam), offtopic messages in forums and so on. If we receive any complaints that our software is being promoted using such methods, your account will be immediately abolished without paying out your affiliate fees for the software previously sold.
